Abstract

Мақолада гендер тенглик ва унинг ўзига хос хусусиятлари, ижтимоий тамойиллари, омиллари, устувор йўналишлари, мазмун ва моҳияти, хотин-қизларни давлат ва жамият тараққиётидаги ролини ошириш,ижтимоий қўллаб-қувватлаш борасидаги давлат сиёсати ва бу борадаги халқаро тажриба, Ўзбекистонда гендер тенгликни таъминлаш борасида амалга оширилаётган ишларнинг самарадорлиги илмий жиҳатдан талқин этилган. Шунингдек, муаллифлик ёндашуви асосида хулоса ва тавсиялар ишлаб чиқилган.
