Contrasting Responses of Surface Heat Fluxes to Tropical Deforestation

Abstract

2D_*_piControl.nc and *.nc are the analyzed CMIP6 piControl experiments. 2D_*_deforest-globe.nc are the analyzed LUMIP deforestation experiments. 2D_GSWP3_*.nc are the analyzed CLM simulation output forced with modified GSWP3 forcings. Offline.m and LUMIP.m are to obtain the changes in surface heat fluxes under deforestation and plot figures.
