Abstract

Die Helpdesk Aktivitäten werden durch den Konsortialpartner GFBio e.V. koordiniert und betrieben. Nutzeranfragen kommen per email an helpdesk@nfdi4biodiversity.org, info@gfbio.org oder über die Kontaktformulare. Auch das Data Management Plan Tool (DMPT) und der Submission Service sind an den Helpdesk angeschlossen. Alle Nutzenanfragen erzeugen ein JIRA-Ticket. Das Helpdesk-System im Konsortium folgt einem Front Office/Back Office-Modell. Das Modell wird in bisher zwei Pilotprojekten getestet, a) FEdA (BMBF Forschungsinitiative zum Erhalt der Artenvielfalt) & KonsortSWD und b) UBRA/ Data Train.
