
This dataset contains imaging and whole-cell electrophysiological recordings from neocortical layer-5 pyramidal neuron dendrites in brain slices of the mouse. Somatic electrophysiological and dendritic imaging recordings were done at 20 kHz. Imaging recordings were done with ~2.5 µm nm pixel resolution.
