The purpose of this study was to describe the measurement of employee fitness using the Rockport method. This research was conducted using a systematic review methodology using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) statement conducted in May 2022. The search for articles was conducted on Pubmed, Scopus, Proquest and Google Scholar using the PICO framework, namely: participants, interventions , comparisons, outcomes until July 3, 2021 with inclusion criteria, namely related research. The results obtained by a systematic search resulted in six articles. Studies are very widely in study design, perspective and fitness measurement with the Rockport method. This method will be more optimal for measuring young age in a healthy body condition.
