Retos pedagógicos: atención a las necesidades educativas especiales

Abstract

La investigación tiene el propósito de analizar los retos pedagógicos de la educación plural; pues, se tiene las necesidades de atender la población estudiantil con necesidades educativas especiales. El estudio se lleva a cabo en la Institución Nuestra Señora del Pilar de Piura, Perú. Es de diseño transversal descriptivo propositivo; la muestra es de 34 docentes; el desempeño académico se mide a través de un cuestionario validado por expertos y con alta confiabilidad. Se consideran las falencias de modelos de instrucción unidimensionales que solamente reproducen las conductas requeridas por las sociedades totalitarias. En consecuencia, promueve estrategias capaces de atender la condición disímil humana, sobre esta fortaleza servir a organizar relaciones democráticas al ser justas. A su vez, se favorecen planes de capacitación docente para habilitar en las competencias que hacen posible la mejor instrucción. En tanto, la formación plausible provoca la convivencia de las situaciones variables, educando para trabajar y coexistir dignamente.
