Abstract

Kesishgan tishlov anomaliyasi bilan pastki jag’ bo’g’imining funktsional siljishi yuz assimetriyasiga va funktsional buzilishlarga olib keladi. Bunday buzilishlar natijasida yuz – jag’ sohaning shakllangan og'ir deformatsiyasi va yuzning jiddiy assimetriyasi bo'lgan katta yoshli bemorlarni kech davolash ortodont uchun katta muammoga aylanadi, chunki bu kutilgan natijalarni bermaydi va bemor yoki shifokorni ham olingan natija qoniqtirmaydi. Murakkab jag’ osteotomiyasi ko'pincha ortodontik davolash bilan birgalikda talab qilinadi.
