Aethiopicodynerus punctiventris

Abstract

Aethiopicodynerus punctiventris (Gusenleitner, 2002) (Fig. 33–34) Parachilus punctiventris Gusenleitner 2002: 307, ♀ —“ Senegal, G. de Bandiala ” (BMNH). Anterhynchium dahomeyicus Gusenleitner 2018: 291, 301, figs. 27–30, ♀ —“ Bénin, Attogon, Forêt de Nioaouli ” (holotype BGOF). Syn. nov. Typical material examined. Holotype of Anterhynchium dahomeyicus: “ BÉNIN / Attogon 15. XII. 2014 / Forêt de Niaouli / Leg: A. Coache / COLL: B. GEREYS // Anterhynchium / dahomeyicu [sic!] nov. spec. ♀ / J.Gusenleitner,det.20117 / HOLOTYPUS // HOLOTYPUS [red label]” (BGOF). Distribution. Benin, Senegal (Gusenleitner 2002, 2018). Remarks. The holotype of Aethiopicodynerus punctiventris was not available for examination, but the original description allows considering Anterhynchium dahomeyicus as conspecific with this taxon. The latter is therefore synonymized.
