Gastruloid Example Dataset

Abstract

Data-set containing 3D confocal microscopy data of gastruloids at 120h. A variety of image-stacks showing the nuclear stain (DAPI) of various morphological outcomes are included in the example data-set. Generated according to published protocol (A. Bolondi et al. 2021, DOI: https://doi.org/10.21769/bioprotoc.4042) with a small modification: 400 cells instead of 250 cells were used.
