Abstract

Dieser Entscheidungsbaum gibt einen Überblick zu den Schritten, die vor einer Weitergabe innerhalb bzw. zwischen Forschungsinstitutionen über den eigentlichen Forschungszweck hinaus zu berücksichtigen sind. Er bietet damit auch eine Orientierung für Forschende, die ihre Datensätze anderen Forschenden nicht-öffentlich zugänglich machen wollen. Diese Handreichung ersetzt keine juristische Beratung und die Betrachtung im Einzelfall; die Verantwortung verbleibt bei der Forscher:in.

Diese Handreichung entstand im Rahmen des DFG-geförderten Forschungsprojektes NFDI4culture, Projektnummer 441958017.
