Entscheidungsbaum: Video-Uploads auf Video-Plattformen

Abstract

Dieser Entscheidungsbaum dient dazu, die Handreichung zu datenschutzrechtlichen Aspekten beim Upload von Konferenz-Videos auf nationalen oder gängigen Video-Plattformen zu unterstützen und einen Überblick über die zu absolvierenden Fragen zu ermöglichen. Dabei erhebt der Entscheidungsbaum kein Versprechen auf Vollständigkeit. Für detailliertere Hinweise (z.B. zur automatisierten Entscheidungsfindung) sei auf die ausführliche Handreichung bei NFDI4culture verwiesen. Im Übrigen ersetzt das Ergebnis der Prüfung keine juristische Beurteilung im Einzelfall, sondern dient lediglich der Sensibilisierung für Kernpunkte beim Datenschutz in Wissenschaft und Forschung.

Diese Handreichung entstand im Rahmen des DFG-geförderten Forschungsprojektes NFDI4culture, Projektnummer 441958017.
