Human Lung Cell Atlas (HLCA) reference model, and full HLCA embedding for mapping of new data to the HLCA. For information on how the reference model was built, see the HLCA paper ("An integrated cell atlas of the lung in health and disease", Sikkema et al., Nature Medicine 2023). The reference model serves as a basis for the mapping of new data to the HLCA using scArches (Lotfollahi et al., https://doi.org/10.1038/s41587-021-01001-7). scArches surgery adapters are included for all datasets part of the HLCA extension. For more (up-to-date) information on the HLCA, the HLCA code and how to map your own data onto the HLCA using this reference model, see the HLCA landing page: https://github.com/LungCellAtlas/HLCA.
