Abstract

Die aktuelle fachdidaktische Diskussion betont, dass Sprachbewusstsein im Lernbereich »Sprachreflexion« ein zentrales Element ist. Kinder und Jugendliche sollen sich ihrer dies bezüglichen Ressourcen bewusst werden und im Unterricht ihre sprachbezogenen Erfahrungen und (Prä)Konzepte formulieren und be arbei ten. Um diesen Anspruch zu realisieren, sind nicht nur geeignete Materialien, sondern auch methodische Konzepte wichtig, auch deshalb, weil viele Lehrerinne n und Lehrer aus eigener Erfahrung nur traditionellen, auf grammatische Fachbegriffe ausgerichteten Unterricht kennen. Anhand von erprobten Beispielen wird exempla risch gezeigt, wie Jugendliche verschiedene Aspekte von Sprache (Gebrauch und System) so bearbeiten, dass sie sich reflexiv mit Sprache(n) auseinandersetzen und gleichzeitig ihr sprachliches Handeln gezielt gefördert wird.
