The New Deal-era Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) program provided jobs for young, unemployed men who worked on projects to conserve the nation's natural resources. The individuals who were part of the CCC were housed in camps run by the U.S. Army. This publication contains a short description of the CCC, a roster of the individuals (Company 1826-V) who served in the Madera Canyon, Arizona, CCC camp (Camp F-30-A), and photos of their work.
