DeepD3, an open Deep Learning Framework for the Detection of Dendritic Spines and Dendrites. In this repository, you will find a model zoo that is trained on the DeepD3 training data that you can access through the DeepD3 project website. The models differ in their capacity (8, 16 or 32 base filters) and whether they were trained on the original data resolution or on a specific resolution. Models indicated with "_94nm" were trained on data resized to 94 nm/px xy resolution.
