Abstract

Ushbu maqolada turli xil o‘lchamga ega bo‘lgan DNK molekulasi elektroforez uslubi yordamida ajratib olinishi, ajratib olingan «yopishqoq» uchli xromosoma DNK si bo‘lagi ochiq holatdagi “yopishqoq” uchli plazmida DNK si bilan aralashtirilib ligaza fermenti yordamida tikilanishi, natijada plazmida tarkibiga xromosoma DNK bo‘lagi kiritilishi haqida muallif tomonidan sharx berib o’tilgan.
