Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tezisda AQSH, Buyuk Britaniya, Avstraliya va Germaniyada mahalliy davlat hokimiyati organlarida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish va ularning faoliyatini baholash modellari koʻrib chiqildi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida O‘zbekistonda mahalliy davlat hokimiyati organlari faoliyatini boshqarish samaradorligini oshirish va ularning faoliyatini baholashning yangi tizimi taklif etildi.
