Abstract

Jahon amaliyotidan ma’lumki, har bir mustaqil davlat, ayniqsa mustaqil taraqqiyot yo‘liga kirgan mamlakatlar, hech qachon o‘z qobig‘iga o‘ralib rivojlanmagan. Ayniqsa, mustaqil rivojlanish yo‘lini tanlashi bilanoq jahon hamjamiyatiga qo‘shilishi orqali o‘z taqdirini belgilagan. Shuning uchun ham O‘zbekiston mustaqil davlat maqomiga ega bo‘lishi bilanoq jahon hamjamiyatiga qo‘shilish yo‘lini tutdi. Mazkur maqola O‘zbekiston va XXRning o‘zaro hamkorlik munosabatlari hususida boradi.
