Abstract

Come mai la maggior parte dei cittadini della scuola non ci vive volentieri e si sente addirittura costretto ad andarci? La risposta la conoscono tutti: la scuola non fa nulla per essere attraente. Tra coloro che insegnano molti pensano che la formazione debba essere impegnativa. Anche se rende difficile la vita sia a loro che ai ragazzi. A scuola si lavora per il futuro. Con la certezza che sarà migliore se il presente è spiacevole. La scuola ha una struttura gerarchica. C’è chi decide e chi obbedisce. È sempre stato così. Di collaborazione non si è mai parlato in modo paritario: sono i ragazzi che devono imparare a collaborare.
