Abstract

Boshqaruv jarayoni har doim ma’lum natijalarga erishish uchun kishilarning umumiy faoliyati amalga oshiriladigan jarayonda sodir bo‘ladi. Zamonaviy maktablarda maktab rahbari va pedagogik jamoa o‘rtasidagi ratsional munosabatlar har ikki tomonning boshqaruv jarayonida ma’lum kasbiy kompetensiyalarni talab etadi.
