Aptamers at work – effective neutralization of SARS-CoV-2 and identifying protein biomarkers in biofluids using highly parallelized RNA aptamer screens.

Abstract

Jørgens kjems presented the APTASHAPE platform at the Gorden Research Conference on RNA Nanotechnology, Ventura CA, USA, January 2023. The oDIN oLIVER project (https://projects.au.dk/odin/oliver) was presented, and the audience showed great interest in the APTASHAPE technology and the unmet need for early detection of liver diseases (NAFLD). During 2022 Jørgen Kjems presented the work at several meetings and international conferences: ”Fremtidens Medicin” Århundredets Festival 3. Marts 2022 Doc1 Aarhus RNA therapeutics and diagnostics Molekylærbiologi og genetiks studenterråd (MoGenS) 4. Maj 2022 The Medicine of the Future 21.
