Abstract

Lors des premiers webinars de Face à Face, la réalité géopolitique a choisi pour nous le premier sujet à partir duquel on allait réfléchir. Sous le nom de Crises et impacts : Union, désunion et innovation, nous avons invité différents chercheurs à réfléchir sur les impacts que le covid par exemple, avait eu sur les différentes régions et comment celle-ci avait impactée les crises déjà existantes, la crise environnementale, les conflits, les migrations, les exclusions… Réfléchir sur les crises nous semblait important car celles-ci peuvent diviser, marginaliser ou bien au contraire, créer une prise de conscience, être un élément déclencheur pour activer le développement dans un domaine donné, changer les modes de vie et inciter vers plus de solidarité. Les crises peuvent également mettre en relief des structures qui reproduisent les inégalités au niveau local et mondial et être « une période propice » pour affirmer sa puissance et son hégémonie ou au contraire montrer les failles des systèmes et des politiques actuels En même temps, ce sujet nous permettait de prendre en compte les acteurs de la crise : ceux qui subissent la crise, ceux qui sont les responsables, ceux qui sont spectateurs de ses effets, ceux qui agissent pour la résoudre, ceux qui développent des idées ou politiques, ceux qui innovent des technologies, ceux qui trouvent des opportunités économiques ou autres…
