The data is arranged into 4 folders: 1. GIXRD folder, which contains Grazing Incidence X-ray diffraction experiments raw data 2. Nanoindentation folder, where one may find the raw data of load-depth nanoindentation experiments. In the folder data is arranged in 4 subfolders referring separately to each material (A4N-alumina-ODS; Y2N-yttria-ODS, Z3N-zirconia ODS and R2N-non-ODS). In each sub-folder, you can find data sorted by sample condition (virgin or irradiated with different doses). In each of these folders datasets are organized referring to applied maximum load. 3. SEM/EBSD and STEM contains scanning electron microscopy images of materials. 4. TEM contains transmission microscopic images In addition, the file "Density.xlsx" (separated from above-mentioned folders), contains density measurements of the produced materials. Details of all of the above experiments are presented in the reference article.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
