In the article, the author touches on the problem of the possibilities of event management in the personnel management system of the enterprise, developing the idea that the formation of a motivation system and improvement of the quality and efficiency of work are most influenced by such events held with personnel as corporate celebrations, incentive (outbound corporate holidays focused primarily on foreign trips), departure to cultural and sports events, team building and social/charity events. According to the degree of employee involvement in event events, "supporters", "observers", "blank shots", "weak link" are distinguished. It is assumed that due to the mentality of domestic employees, most of them belong to the category of "observers" and "blank shots", for which such events as incentive programs, personal and motivational growth trainings, as well as events of social significance are most appropriate.
