Abstract

All MAGs obtained via different metagenomic and midi-metagenomic approaches including those of low quality or high contamination which were not uploaded to NCBI in order to prevent gradual database contamination. Supplemental data to the first submission of the publication “Midi-metagenomics: A novel approach for cultivation independent microbial genome reconstruction from environmental samples" by Vollmers et al.
