The project titled "Clarifying Serious Human Rights Violations Through Knowledge Graphs Built From Documents (Conacyt 0321368), also known as Project Angelus, aims to organize documents which have been generated during counterinsurgency operations in Mexico, with the ultimate goal of helping clarify the whereabouts of thousands of forcibly disappeared persons. This deliverable consists of a dataset that can be made public due to the nature of the documents which support them, as well as a document describing the dataset, and the methods for its generation and curation. It contains information about 5827 distinct entities in a total of 81158 RDF statements.
