## Overview This repository contains the data and R-scripts to reproduce the figures in the main text of the manuscript "Ultradeep characterisation of translational sequence determinants refutes rare-codon hypothesis and unveils quadruplet base pairing of initiator tRNA and transcript", which can be found here: (https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkad040). ## Additional information The data can also be found on github via https://github.com/JeschekLab/uASPIre_UTR_CDS. The github repository also includes updates, scripts for NGS data analysis and additional code for data processing.
