The Great Fire of London - Grenfell Tower

The Official Enquiry is complete. Important matters that were missing from the enquiry need to be published. London once had a building control system which would not have allowed combustible material on the face of a builidng. The enquiry did not show how UK politicians were responsible for the poor nature of the UK's modern building control system.
