This repository contains source data and processed data accompanied with the paper: "Distinct mobility patterns of BRCA2 molecules at DNA damage sites" The repository contains the following files: - Movies: This folder contains the movies that were used for 3D single-molecule tracking. As described in the methods section of the paper, each movie consists of a 3D stack of 9 image planes that were registered using fluorescence beads from the original data. - Trajectories: These CSV files contain the results of 3D tracking using the Mosaic tracking plugin in ImageJ. Traj_* contains the tracking results where the column inMask column indicates whether a localization is inside the DNA damage mask. Traj_transformed_[1-3]_* contains the corresponding tracking data in which the mask was transformed, which was used as a control in the paper. - segment files: The data that was used in the subsequent R scripts. - segs_nest.Rdata is the same data as the segment files but in Rdata file format, to be imported in R For questions please contact Maarten Paul (m.w.paul [at] erasmusmc.nl)
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
