COVID-19 E CONDICIONANTES DO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM EM INSTITUIÇÕES DE ENSINO SUPERIOR ANGOLANAS

Abstract

Este artigo olhou para a realidade circunstancial que assolou o mundo, isto é, a pandemia da Covid-19. Com o objectivo de contribuir para a discussão e compreensão da natureza de condicionantes do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, na modalidade do EaD, em Instituições de Ensino Superior Angolanas. Socorreu-se da consulta bibliográfica e documental, bem como da observação dos acontecimentos, das experiências profissionais dos autores e da análise de algumas narrativas que abordam o assunto nos diversos meios de comunicação. Percebeu-se da existência de certas condicionantes para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem na modalidade do EaD, das quais, as mais evidentes identificam-se com as variáveis de contexto, de percursos e de recursos, que se resumem em seis realidades articuladas e praticamente indissociáveis na implementação do EaD, designadamente (i) desenho de currículos adequados a essa modalidade de ensino; (ii) condições socioeconómicas dos actores do processo de ensino-aprendizagem; (iii) estrutura de funcionamento e gestão do processo de ensino-aprendizagem à distância; (iv) fornecimento de energia eléctrica, uso de dispositivos electrónicos e a internet; (v) preparação didáctico-pedagógica dos estudantes e professores para a utilização das plataformas digitais e (vi) realidade legislativa para a operacionalização do EaD. Com base nessas realidades que enformam o contexto educativo angolano, concluiu-se que as possibilidades de sucesso da modalidade de EaD, em Instituições de Ensino Superior angolanas, são significativamente reduzidas.
