Abstract

Bu maqolada siz kurashning turlari, kurashning talabalar hayotidagi ahamiyati, kurashda kurashchilarning qanday usullardan foydalanishi haqida so‘z yuritiladi. Shuningdek ushbu maqolada jismoniy tarbiya yo‘nalishida kurashdan ta’lim olayotgan talabalarning nazariy bilimlarning amaliyot bilan birga olib borilishi haqida ham fikrlar yuritilgan.
