Abstract

Prezident Shavkat Mirziyoyevning Oliy Majlisga va Oʻzbekiston xalqiga murojaatnomasida inson qadrini ulugʼlash va orzu-umidlarini roʼyobga chiqarish davlat siyosatining muhim maqsadlaridan biri ekaniga alohida urgʼu berildi. Jumladan, “Аvval — inson, keyin — jamiyat va davlat” degan gʼoyani Konstitutsiyamiz va qonunlarimizga ham kundalik hayotimizga ham chuqur singdirishimiz kerakligi, bu jarayonda, eng avvalo, taʼlim sifatini yangi bosqichga olib chiqish, farzandlarimizning xalqaro standartlar asosida bilim olishini taʼminlash kunning muhim talabi ekani qayd etildi. Yoshlarning sifatli taʼlim olishini taʼminlash borasidagi tub islohotlar zamirida yosh avlodning barkamol boʼlib ulgʼayishiga qaratilgan yuksak eʼtibor, oʼgʼil-qizlarni bilimli va vatanparvar insonlar qilib tarbiyalash gʼoyasi mujassam.
