"Bi Şey Yapmalı!": Kesişimsel Bir Çevre Adaletine Doğru

Abstract

Antroposentrik çağın ortaya çıkardığı çevre ve iklim değişikliği ile ilgili sorunların önemli bir alanını işgal eden çevresel adalet konusunu bir dünya problemi ve felsefi bir tartışma alanı olarak görmeyi öneren bu çalışmada çevresel adalet sorunun tanımı, gelişimi ve kapsamından hareketle çok boyutlu bir sorun olduğu ileri sürülmüştür. Toplumsal alandaki mevcut adaletsizliklere çok önemli ve hayati bir sorun olarak eklenen çevresel adalet konusunun anlaşılması ve buna yönelik çözüm yolları geliştirilmesinde kesişimsellik kuramının yaklaşım biçimi ve kavram setlerinden yararlanılabileceği önerilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Crenshaw, Collins ve Yuval-Davis gibi kesişimsellik kuramı düşünürlerinin yaklaşım biçimleri incelenmiştir. Çevresel adalet sorunlarının özellikle en kırılgan ve korunmasız kişi ve grupları etkilediği varsayımından hareket eden bu tartışma ile çevresel adalet konusu bağlamında görünür olan tahakküm ilişkilerinin açığa çıkarılması ve bunlarla mücadele edilmesi için eleştirel feminist kuramın çağdaş politik felsefeye önemli bir katkısı olan kesişimsellik yaklaşımının önemli bir alan sunduğu öne sürülmüştür.
