The article studies the state of investment and cluster policy in the Kaluga region. The economic, demographic and other factors of the investment attractiveness of the region are given, the existing clusters of the Kaluga region are considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to continue strengthening its position at the regional and global levels and developing the economy according to the cluster type.
