Abstract

Мустақилликгача пахтадан бошқа экин экилмаган майдонларда бугун миллионмиллион тонналик ғалла етиштирилмоқда. Ғалла стратегик аҳамиятга эга миҳим маҳсулот бўлиб, ғалла мустақиллиги юртимиз иқтисодий мустақиллигига ҳам бевосита даҳлдордир. Истиқлол йилларида дунёнинг йирик ғаллачиликга ихтисослашган давлатлари орасида Ўзбекистон ҳосилдорлик бўйича 92 ўриндан 11 ўринга кўтарилиши, ун ва ун маҳсулотларининг 80 фоизидан ортиғини импорт қилувчи давлатдан йилига ўртача 700 минг тоннадан ортиқ буғдой ва ун маҳсулотларини экспорт қилган ҳолда, экспорт қилувчи давлатлар қаторига кирди.
