Este manuscrito considera al modelo de redes de Petri como una herramienta útil para el análisis de conflíctos en sistemas dinámicos de eventos discretos. Particularmente, tratamos al conflícto basados en la estructura de la red más allá de su comportamiento dinámico, estableciendo para ello argumentos teóricos centrados en la “independencia” entre eventos. Con mayor precisión, la conjugación entre algunas clases de redes tales como las redes seguras, de libre decisión, vivas y de libre escogencia caracterizan la ausencia de conflíctos en la clase de sistemas nombrada arriba.
