Abstract

This repository contains all the data used in the AGORA publication related to https://github.com/DyogenIBENS/Agora software Deschrambler_comparison_data.tgz contains the DESCHRAMBLER Boreoeutheria reconstructed genome formatted for comparison against the AGORA genome. Reconstructions.tgz contains all data from Vertebrate_V92, Vertebrate_V102 and Plants_V41 reconstructions described in the article for statistics and/or analyses. Simulations.tgz contains all simulations and ancestral reconstruction data for comparison between AGORA and DESCHRAMBLER algorithms. (Kim et al 2017 simulations, and MagSimus simulations). data92_withoutLowContiguity_descendants.tgz contains both Amniota and Boreoeutheria ancestral reconstructions without low-contiguity descendant genomes OMA_Boreoeutheria_Reconstruction.tgz contains Boreoeutheria ancestral genes and ancestral genome infered from OMA Hierarchical Orthogroups and the list of equivalent orthogroups with data92 based on common descendant human genes. contact : Email agora {at} bio {dot} ens {dot} psl {dot} eu
