Abstract

Bugungi zamonaviy ta'lim jarayoni har qanday tashkiliy shakl doirasida olib boriladi, bunda birgina dars shunchaki dars emas, balki odatda qat'iy cheklovlar, aniq belgilangan maqsad va unga erishish yo'llari mavjud. Ta'lim samaradorligining eng muhim mezoni bu ta'lim maqsadiga erishish hisoblanadi. Har qanday tashkiliy shakl doirasida olib boriladigan tarbiyaviy ishlar maqsadga to'g'ridan-to'g'ri erishishga intilmaydi, chunki u tashkiliy shakldagi vaqt doirasi bilan cheklangan muddatda amalga oshirilmaydi. Tarbiyaviy ishda faqat aniq maqsadga yo'naltirilgan vazifalarni izchil hal qilishni nazarda tutish mumkin.
