Abstract

Cahiliye devrine ait şiirler, Arap dili ve edebiyatı bakımından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Nitekim gerek gramer ve gerekse belagat ilmi konusunda ortaya koyulan ve günümüze kadar intikal eden eserlerin hemen hemen tümünde söz konusu şiirlerle istişhat edildiği görülür. Bununla birlikte son derece önem arz eden bu şiirler, edebi açıdan birtakım kusurlardan ari değildir. Bu kusurlardan biri de şüphesiz ki kafiye kusurudur. Cahiliye devrine ait şiirlerdeki kafiye kusurlarının müstakil bir çalışmada ele alınmamammış olması, bizi böyle bir çalışmaya sevk etmiştir. Çalışmamız, Arap Cahiliye devri şiirlerini temsilen bu dönemde yaşayan Evs b. Hacer’in Divan’ını kafiye kusurları açısından değerlendirmeyi hedefler. Kafiye kusurlarıyla ilgili birtakım görüş farklılıkları bulunmaktadır. Kimi edebiyatçı ve dilbilimcisi, kafiyedeki kusurları, kusur olarak görürken, kimileri hafif kusur ya da kusursuz olduğunu kabul eder. Çalışmamızın bir diğer hedefi de söz konusu ihtilaflara özgün bir şekilde yer verip bunları ilmi çerçevede ve şiirler ışığında değerlendirmektir.
