The article provides a comparative analysis of the factors influencing the efficiency of the process of oil extraction from seeds. The analysis performed showed that such factors as temperature, an increase in the ratio of phase flow rates do not significantly accelerate this process. In practice, the speed of the extraction process of vegetable oils is influenced by nature. the composition and amount of the solvent, the difference between the initial and final temperatures of its evaporation, the properties of the process steam, the ratio of the flow rate of the phases, the particle size of the extracted material. For the efficient operation of the extractor, all the equipment of the extraction shop must be considered as a single system.
