Abstract

Work Package 5 (WP5) contributes to the FARO project through the lens of Resilience Engineering and Systems Theory to assess and understand resilient performance in the Work System. This poster describes the methodological process adopted by WP5 to transform qualitative data elicited from practitioners to numerical indicators of resilient performance.
