The files required to run MESA models with the local mass and angular momentum loss scheme detailed in the publication A model of anisotropic winds from rotating stars for evolutionary calculations (Hastings, Langer and Puls 2023) - https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.10992 The basic philosophy is to apply a one-dimensional wind recipe to every point on the surface of a rotating star. For every point on the stellar surface, the given wind recipe uses the local physical conditions to provide a surface mass-flux, which when integrated results in global mass and angular momentum loss rates. Tested with MESA version 12115
