O PAPEL DO PROFISSIONAL DA PEDAGOGIA NA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA

Abstract

A educação inclusiva é um direito garantido por lei a todos os sujeitos que possuem algum tipo de deficiência ou necessidade especial de aprendizagem, devendo estes terem acesso à educação de qualidade e livre de qualquer preconceito. Mesmo sendo um direito garantido na legislação, muitos desafios ainda se apresentam para que essa prática educativa inclusiva seja de fato efetivada no cotidiano escolar. Pensando no conceito e concepções que permeiam a educação inclusiva e o papel do professor nesse processo, surge algumas questões relevantes a serem pensadas e discutidas ao longo desse estudo: como o professor pode contribuir para a efetivação de uma educação inclusiva de qualidade? Quais os desafios que ainda persistem e dificultam o pleno desenvolvimento da educação inclusiva na atualidade? Na busca de respostas para estes questionamentos, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo entender e apresentar o contexto do papel do professor na educação inclusiva, sua importância e significância no que diz respeito aos métodos utilizados no cotidiano escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, de cunho qualitativo, realizada através de revisão de literatura, a partir de autores como Minetto (2008), Mantoan (2005) (2006), entre outros, através dos quais se percebe a importância e necessidade da educação inclusiva para os alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais e o quanto o professor tem um papel relevante para garantir que as leis sejam efetivas e garantam a participação de todos igualitariamente no ensino regular, fazendo com que as escolas busquem novos paradigmas de inclusão.
