The study is dedicated to the definition of indicative and remedative features of plants, which are of great importance for the environmental assessment. For this purpose, chlorophyll fluorescence, fluctuation asymmetry and elemental analysis have been performed in parallel, and correlation among them has been defined in the leaves of Olea europea L. olive plants grown in territories of Baku characterized by various degrees of pollution. The study of the physiological state, phenotypic changes in morphological characters and the ability to accumulate metal elements in the plant leaves may provide valuable information for the environmental monitoring.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
