Quelle alternance pour quelle professionnalisation ? Etude de deux dispositifs de formation professionnelle

Abstract

Cet article compare deux systèmes de formation duale par alternance, l’un en partenariat privépublic (PPP), l’autre en école à plein temps proposant des parties pratiques intégrées (PPI). Sur la base de 12 entretiens semi-directifs, il cherche à comprendre leurs fonctionnements et à savoir si ces deux filières offrent les mêmes opportunités en termes de formation, d’employabilité et de professionnalisation. Les résultats mettent en évidence que les systèmes présentés peuvent être qualifiés « d’alternance juxtapositive » et que la communication est insuffisante entre les lieux de formation. Toutefois, les situations réelles rencontrées dans le PPP représente un avantage en termes d’employabilité et d’appréciation de la formation
