Цикл PDCA в системе управления отходами производства и потребления

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы взаимоотношений государства и продуцентов отходов производства и потребления. Выдвинуты предположения о изменении подхода к образованию отходов и смене парадигмы в сторону предварительного их проектирования в начале жизненного цикла продукции. На основе этого спроектирована возможная схема преобразования и/или исключения побочного продукта, получаемого в результате технологических процессов производства.
