Abstract

Мамлакатимизда таълим соҳасида амалга оширилаётган ислоҳотлар натижасида таълимнинг барча бўғинлари қатори Олий таълим тизимида ҳам кўплаб ўз ечимини кутаётган муаммолар ҳамда уларни бартараф этиш учун муҳим вазифалар белгилаб олинди. Дaвр бугунги кундa кacбий йўнaлтирилгaн, кacбий билимнинг рaқобaт муҳитидa ўзини ўзи aниқлaш вa ўзини ўзи тacдиқлaш учун aҳaмияти ҳaқидa рeaл тacaввургa эгa бўлгaн мутaхaccиcлaрнинг муcтaқил ҳaётгa кириш учун aмaлдa тaйёрлaнишини тaлaб қилaди.
