Human aspects have an important influence on software quality and team dynamics. Understanding such aspects would enable organisations to tap into the actual needs of software practitioners, which could lead to less absenteeism and improved staff retention. The proposed tertiary study highlights published work in the software engineering discipline with an attempt to identify existing knowledge. This replication package complements our tertiary study and motivates researchers in a similar state of practice.
