Small and tiny version of 01-09-22 OAS

Small and tiny version of OAS from September 2022. For the small version, size was reduced by removing sequences seen less than three times and sequences with unknown residues. For the tiny version, starting from the small version, sequences missing residues at the first IMGT position was removed. Lastly, only one record was kept for identical sequences in the tiny version.
