Estudo comparativo entre os analgésicos MIP mais vendidos: dipirona sódica, paracetamol e acido acetilsalicilico

Abstract

Os analgésicos mais comumente comprados em farmácia sem prescrição médica, chamados de venda livre ou não tarjados, são a dipirona sódica, o paracetamol e a aspirina. Tais medicamentos são usados quase sempre como automedicação, devendo-se considerar com cuidado suas indicações e efeitos adversos. O objetivo deste estudo é comparar as propriedades, indicações, efeitos adversos e posologias desses analgésicos. Esta pesquisa apresenta um Estudo Comparativo, realizado através de pesquisa bibliográfica. Os resultados foram apresentados em tabelas, donde pode-se concluir que os três analgésicas têm diferentes propriedades, mas ação terapêutica similar, e a escolha por um deles se dá principalmente por gosto pessoal. Entretanto, apesar de sua venda ser livre e dispensar a apresentação de receita médica, sua utilização não dispensa cuidados e orientação farmacêutica sob risco de seu uso prejudicar a saúde do paciente, mesmo a curto prazo.
